UPCOMING EVENTS
There are several ways to join my trainings, classes, seminars, or workshops. For those who prefer one-on-one guidance, I offer private coaching tailored to your needs. If you thrive in a group setting and enjoy the energy of team spirit, I am happy to see you in my group events. Private sessions can be customized and adapted to suit your preferences. Below, you’ll find examples of the trainings, classes, and workshops I’m currently organizing. Feel free to reach out with any questions—I look forward to hearing from you!
Arctic Swim
Meetup
Every second Sunday of winter months, I host a free event by the lake for experienced ice swimmers to come together and share their passion for cold exposure. It's an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, exchange tips, and enjoy the benefits of ice swimming in a supportive group setting. Participants are responsible for their own safety and should be familiar with proper techniques and precautions. The event is purely about community and mutual encouragement, with no coaching or structured activities. Whether you're seeking camaraderie or just love the icy waters, you're welcome to join us!
Ice Bathing Express Class, 2h
In this EXPRESS CLASS we will cover the basics of cold water immersion and why this technique is a MUST in our modern lifestyle. We will learn what happens to our bodies during the cold shock response, body and mind reactions to it, and how to deal with it. Under careful and professional supervision you will fully experience all the benefits this powerful practice can give us.
Exploring Nature Park
with a cold exposure training at the lake
This day group activity aims to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the stunning Nature Park Gantrisch and its marvellous alpine surroundings. We will do a 3 hour easy-to-moderate round tour and at the lake shore you will get a thorough introduction into the basics of cold exposure. Depending on the conditions, we will do a plunge, a barefoot walk in the snow or a hike in T-shirts, so you can fully experience the healing power of this amazing technique. This will be the time to re-connect with nature, to immerse in its tranquillity and to share the joyful experience with like-minded people.
Maximum number of participants is 10 people.
Gantrisch Nature Park in winter
Description: This workshop aims to provide you with the most up to date scientific knowledge and a thrilling practical experience on how using the hormetic stressors, such as practicing ice bathing, barefoot walking in the snow, heat exposure or breath hold, we can strengthen our physical and mental health and our overall well-being. You will get the detailed protocols on "WHEN, WHY and HOW" to use cold and heat safely and how to make the most out of easy but remarkably effective breathing techniques.
1-DAY WORKSHOP includes an intense theoretical program (appr. 7h with coffee breaks and lunch), always taking place in a cosy seminar room of a mountain hotel or restaurant. We will always be located near a lake, where we will fully experience everything we just learned about powerful magics behind cold exposure techniques.
